In accordance with Section 4 and Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023, personal data provided through our website inquiry forms or WhatsApp desk is strictly limited to the following legitimate purposes:

  • Client Name & Contact Details: Used solely to coordinate consultation sittings, share custom concept sketches, and provide session confirmation notifications.
  • Preferred Booking Date & Timing: Used to reserve dedicated atelier slots and maintain sterile booth turnover schedules.
  • Placement & Anatomical Notes: Utilized by Founder Trishit Roy to calculate needle groupings, custom artwork dimensions, and required sitting duration.
  • Hygiene & Aftercare Guidance: To dispatch post-procedure healing timelines (Medical Dermalize protective film instructions).

Right to Correction & Updating:

You can update or rectify any outdated contact numbers, design drafts, or scheduled dates at any time.

Right to Erasure & Consent Revocation:

Studio Terms, Age Verification & Sterile Protocol

To uphold our world-class safety and clinical hygiene standards:

  • Age of Majority (Section 9 DPDP Act): All tattoo and body piercing clients must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) must be presented upon studio arrival.
  • Health & Skin Disclosures: Clients must honestly disclose skin conditions, allergies, or relevant health factors prior to session needlework to ensure appropriate ink formulation and needle depth.
  • Hospital-Grade Sterilization: All needle cartridges are 100% single-use EO gas blister-sealed and disposed of immediately in regulated sharps containers. Grips and non-disposable machinery undergo 134°C Class-B Autoclave vacuum cycles.
